US-Based Nigerian Student Admitted Into Eight US Universities

A US-based Nigerian, Augusta Uwamanzu-Nna, has been offered admission to study in eight Ivy League schools in the United States.

Uwamanzu-Nna, who is a student of Elmont Memorial High School in the US, also has admission offers from other institutions.

Nigerian, Harold Ekeh, from the same school had pulled that feat before.

Uwamanzu-Nna, who was a finalist at the 2016 Intel Science Talent Search, for her research on cement, however, said her feat was a result of persistence.
