HOW DID YOU FEEL ON RECEIVING THE NEWS OF YOUR WIFE’S DEATH
I felt bad and worried when i heard about the death of my wife.Suppose one’s dog passes on, won’t you be worried?and now your talking about my wife.I never expected or prayed that she would die. It saddens my heart when I hear people saying all sorts of things about her death.
HAVE YOU FORGIVEN KEMI OLUNLOYO
It’s a non-isssue as far as I am concerned. She is entitled to her opinion even though she might not know the effect of her opinion on others. Her father called me to apologise on her behalf and I told the old man I don’t have any intention to say anything about her it. I have no reason whatsoever to react just because she came out publicly to give her opinion, what about those who keep saying same thing close door and still pretend to be friends with me. I’m not bothered, I am bigger than any negative talk and my skin is too tough to feel or get affected by those criticisms.
HOW DID YOUR CHILDREN, SOLA AND BIDEMI REACT TO THE INCIDENT
They were Shocked but they are from a home of someone I think they are emulating. They don’t have any reason to react because they have their targets with the full knowledge of the need to jettison anything controversial.
DID YOUR WIFE REACT TO THE CONTTROVERSIES?
My wife, Alhaja Kareemat Abimbola is a gentlle and very strong-willed person with no fear and has got no reason to react also. She has been a very good support not minding my polygamous status.
